Location - it was a short walk from Kinshicho station, with a supermarket and all 3 major convenience stores nearby. We walked between Mimaru and Kinshicho station with no issues. Popular spots like Shinjuku and Akihabara are also a train ride (with no transfers) away. Comfort - the room was clean and we didn’t stay long enough to have a “full” room service but they changed our towels and cleared the trash every day. Staff - the staff were probably the best part of Mimaru. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and detailed. We had an issue with a booking we made elsewhere and Joey was patient and went out of his way to resolve our issue. Overall, we’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in Tokyo.

The property is centrally located and close to the station. There is a family mart next door which helps with snacks and drinks. We had 2 x big single beds and a bunk bed for our kids with enough space to move around. The staff was friendly,helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Bed is very comfortable, and instructions are also clearly written. In a quiet residential area, the surroundings have many lovely shops and workshops. Drugstore, pharmacy, convenience store, subway station, all nearby. And also have some workshops nearby to make your own chopsticks and some other very lovely shops worth exploring. The bathroom is sparkling clean, and the toilet is separated from the bath. Very spacious. Can stay up till 4 people.
