Beautiful rooms, amazing facilities, great lounge area, fantastic staff. We came for 5 nights but stayed 12 nights! Ikebukuro station is ~5 min away on foot, and is a great station that connects to everywhere!

We forgot our money and keys and they informed us promptly and kept for 4 days till we return. Mimaru luggage transfer service was excellent, same day delivery to our hotel in Kyoto even though it was not a Mimaru hotel
