La amabilidad del personal excepcional; además nos atendió Maria, una cordobesa muy amable en el checkin del viernes y checkout del lunes. Hicimos la colada antes de nuestro siguiente destino por muy poco dinero 300 yenes lavadora, 100 yenes secadora de 20 min. lo recomendamos totalmente para ir en familia.

The room was a nice size, the bed was super comfortable as well as the pillows and blankets. There are pajamas available and a laundry area in case you need to wash your clothes. We got several bottles of complementary water and they also ship your bags to another city for a very reasonable price. Breakfast has a variety of options. The staff went out of the way to help with some dietary restrictions. Were really grateful for that. In a nutshell, the hotel was worth the money. We slept like babies.

We loved everything! The house is very special, a member of an ecology program, they have a clean water , huge space of the rooms, nice breakfast. Food can be delivered to the room. Staff is so nice! We booked Japanese tradition room which has one king size bed and a tatami that can fit another 3, we are a family of 4 so it's very comfortable. You can eat or enjoy tea time on the tatami! The room was also very clean and staff are very friendly! Free self laundry is another bonus! 2 subway stations nearby and walking distance to Nishiki market. Easy transportation to tour Kyoto and even Arashiyama.

Bijou Suites Lieto APM tiene una ubicación conveniente en el centro de Osaka y ofrece balcón. It was nice to experience the modern japanese lifestyle in this wonderful small flat. Although it was rather "small" it didn't felt like it missed anything out. Overall the equipment was really good, we even had a washing machine. We had enough space to store our luggage and any extra bags we brought with us. It was really clean and quiet. It's easy to get to the subway and it's not too far from any hotspots in Osaka. Konnbinis are also around the corners.

The facilities and staff is perfectly nice! Booked the correct place really helps you a lot during your trip. The luggage delivery was perfect too. They do have water dispenser as well, which is very thoughtful of them for travelers.
