The room was very spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our ACs stopped working in the middle of the night, but the security guard in charge gave immediate help. Would definitely come back the next time we visit Osaka.

The hotel is in the middle of a shopping area, 5 min walk from the metro and may be a 7-8 min walk from the bus. The room was a nice size, the bed was super comfortable as well as the pillows and blankets. There are pajamas available and a laundry area in case you need to wash your clothes. We got several bottles of complementary water and they also ship your bags to another city for a very reasonable price. Breakfast has a variety of options. The staff went out of the way to help with some dietary restrictions. Were really grateful for that. In a nutshell, the hotel was worth the money. We slept like babies.

We loved everything! The house is very special, a member of an ecology program, they have a clean water , huge space of the rooms, nice breakfast. Food can be delivered to the room. Staff is so nice! We booked Japanese tradition room which has one king size bed and a tatami that can fit another 3, we are a family of 4 so it's very comfortable. You can eat or enjoy tea time on the tatami! The room was also very clean and staff are very friendly! Free self laundry is another bonus! 2 subway stations nearby and walking distance to Nishiki market. Easy transportation to tour Kyoto and even Arashiyama.

Bijou Suites Lieto APM tiene una ubicación conveniente en el centro de Osaka y ofrece balcón. It was nice to experience the modern japanese lifestyle in this wonderful small flat. Although it was rather "small" it didn't felt like it missed anything out. Overall the equipment was really good, we even had a washing machine. We had enough space to store our luggage and any extra bags we brought with us. It was really clean and quiet. It's easy to get to the subway and it's not too far from any hotspots in Osaka. Konnbinis are also around the corners.

Hotel is located in nishiki market which is a huge attraction for tourists like me. Staff was very helpful about where to go where to eat. They show full Japan hospitality. I will stay here at my next trip as well.

Best stay of our family travel of 6. Rooms were big with very good amities and beds were large and comfortable. Staff were just awesome. Will definitely go back there.
