It’s a very beautiful house with an amazing and welcoming owner! We loved the location and the room, very big and as described! We will be back! Furthermore, the two cats around the hostel are just so wonderful it makes the experience even better.

Easy 10 min walk from Uchinomaki station, so accessible also without a car (just watch the train schedule since trains are only once per hour or so). This is just one train stop from Aso station, so provides easy access to Mt. Aso and the surrounding area. The kitchen is fully equipped (cutlery, pans, condiments, etc) and there is a small grocery store nearby to buy ingredients. Rooms are large, and there is a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a japanese - style bathroom. The piano in the living room was a great and unexpected bonus. We were passing through and only stayed one night, but it would have been a great base to explore the Aso area and we would have loved to stay for longer.

Spacious One Room Apartment for up to 5ppl w Kitchenette - space kuhonji ligger i Kumamoto, 1,8 kilometer fra Kumamoto slott og 2,9 kilometer fra Suizenji-parken. Spotlessly clean and has all amenities for even a long stay. Right next to city centre. Car park recommended by host was just a few steps away and cheap too. Host very helpful. Place is newly renovated and spacious. Futon was comfortable. Easy access - at ground floor. Not much noise even though just next to the street. Highly recommend.
