Easy transportation to tour Kyoto and even Arashiyama.

Other than that, the room itself was spacious and came with all the quintessential amenities. Bunk beds with personal sockets are also great if you are traveling as a group of friends. The staff were extremely helpful and flexible. - Even though the official check-in time was 4pm, we were able to do it way earlier than that since the room was ready. - If you don't need room cleaning, they will give you a box of matcha cookies in lieu, which was very thoughtful. - They can also help you to exchange coins for laundry machines and recommend places to visit & eat. Finally, there is free coffee from 8-12pm, and tea after that, which is cherry on top for an excellent stay.

The staff is great. The apartment is very good and spacious, great for a family. If we need something, we can borrow easily from the reception. (Even some games). The location is great, 10 mins walking from the Kyoto station! I definitely recommend this place!
