Boasting an open-air bath and views of mountain, Buena Vista Ohori Park is a recently renovated apartment set in Fukuoka, 2.2 km from Momochihama Beach. A spacious and well-equipped unit. The bed and lounge were both comfortable, and it was nice to have a washing machine (washing detergent also supplied). Despite the property being advertised as "no cleaning", I was able to put my dirty towels in a bag, and clean towels were replaced by the time I returned home, and there was a broom so I could sweep the house. Kitchen was well equipped and had detergent. The facility was very clean. There was even a balcony with slippers outside! Air conditioning worked well to keep the apartment warm at nighttime. There is a Family Mart directly downstairs. The train station (takes you to the airport and central Fukuoka) is a 260 m away (a 4-minute walk).

The Lady was wonderful she made us a really good breakfast, helped us out a lot, and was super friendly. It's definitely one of the best stays I've had in japan.

こや・かやき is set in the Yufuin Onsen district of Yufu, 45 km from Crasus Dome Oita, less than 1 km from Kinrinko Lake and 25 km from Beppu Station. We had a wonderful time here. It was great having the whole place to ourselves. The house is spacious and has a kitchen, comfortable beds, and nice living room. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the surroundings were amazing. They provided some snacks for us and even some breakfast, which was lovely. The area around the property is very quiet and has very lovely nature. We had a wonderful time in Yufuin!

Situated in Yufu, 47 km from Crasus Dome Oita, 旅の宿 花景色 Tabi no yado Hanageshiki features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. It is set 1.3 km from Kinrinko Lake and offers a lift. Very clean, very spacious for my family of 5. We especially love the private Onsen in the home. There were double sinks and 2 toilets which is rare for Japanese homes. Parking available for 1 car.

We stayed three days in Beppu over New Year's. The apartment was clean, the room was specularly decorated (we're Pokémon fans, so we couldn't have asked for better) and the futons were quite comfortable. Toshi-san is a great host and involved us in many traditional Japanese customs while we were there. Location is great too, with many onsens, restaurants and the hells of Beppu well within walking distance. Definitely recommend!
