The host was very responsive! Before we arrive in the hotel in few days time, i got a luggage need to transfer there by Yamato, and the host helped to receive it and put it in the luggage storage area! And on the day we arrived, which is earlier, and the host let us leave our luggage in the room, so we can go ski and come back again in the afternoon! When we check out, the host let us check out a little late than the propose hour because our kid still skiing while we doing our final packing. Even after we check out, we were able to leave our luggage at designated luggage storage too! I love the services provided !TOP NOTCH!

Our family enjoyed the cleanliness, and comfort. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and convenience walking to the Niigata JR station: we feel safe staying here as well.

Amazingly friendly staff, Naoto was very accommodating, excellent clean facilities, and comfortable bed. The Ofuro was particularly good. Will definately be staying again.

In a very peaceful location with lots of natural beauty and close to Toki-No-Mori for viewing the Japanese crested ibis up close.

Everything about my stay here was great 👍 It was very comfortable, clean and in good condition. The owner was very nice and helpful and easy to communicate with🙂 It is in a very peaceful area and it is a short walk from the train station which is very useful. I will definitely want to stay here again when I return to this town.

町宿Oranchi kisetsu terletak di Myoko, 29km dari Kuil Zenkoji dan 30km dari Stesen Nagano, di kawasan di mana aktiviti berski boleh dinikmati. The house is spacious for a family of 4. It definitely have rooms enough for more than 4 pax. The location is also great. It is within 10-25 minutes drive to ski resorts around Myoko. There are great restaurants nearby too. Myoko coffee is also just 4 min drive away for great coffee.
