We paid staying fees for the luggage to stay overnight before our arrival and also paid for extended check out. It was very good stay all in all although it was one night before departure to Dubai.

Came to Osaka to see expo 2025, it's a pitty that I couldn't enjoy the hotel to the fullest, because expo took 5 days out of my 7 nights stay. Location of the hotel is perfect, near you can find Tenoji zoo, Tsutenkaku tower with 360° view at a hight of 120 meters, shinsekai market. The hotel room itself is huge even for european standart, all the commodities are present, even washing machine, that helps a lot during long stay and a sunny summer in Japan. All the personal at the reception was very friendly and helpful with all the request I had during the stay. This was my 7th hotel in Japan and this is by far was my favorite stay. P.s. it was also nice to have a smoking area at the corner from the hotel, because it is hard to find smoking places for tourists

Room felt like a mini apartment, very spacious with nice views of the city.

Apartment Hotel 11 Higashi Umeda offers accommodation within 1.6 km of the centre of Osaka, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and kitchenware. It is set 300 metres from Nozaki Park and provides a lift. The property is close to popular attractions like Hankyu Men's Osaka, Hosei-ji Temple and Umeda Station. We stayed there in mid-October with our 3 children (1 child, 2 teenagers). We stayed comfortably, the space was enough for 5 people, there were kitchen utensils, fridge, washer/dryer, always hot water to shower. It was easy to check in and out, there was toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, refills for the toilet paper and the bags for the bins. There was also washing powder for the washing machine. All in all, we can't praise the place enough. We were out all day and didn't stay inside for long, but the place was functional. Communication with management was very easy and polite through the booking.com app.
