The hotel is in the middle of a shopping area, 5 min walk from the metro and may be a 7-8 min walk from the bus. The room was a nice size, the bed was super comfortable as well as the pillows and blankets. There are pajamas available and a laundry area in case you need to wash your clothes. We got several bottles of complementary water and they also ship your bags to another city for a very reasonable price. Breakfast has a variety of options. The staff went out of the way to help with some dietary restrictions. Were really grateful for that. In a nutshell, the hotel was worth the money. We slept like babies.

Although it was rather "small" it didn't felt like it missed anything out. Overall the equipment was really good, we even had a washing machine. We had enough space to store our luggage and any extra bags we brought with us. It was really clean and quiet. It's easy to get to the subway and it's not too far from any hotspots in Osaka. Konnbinis are also around the corners.

This place is excellent, so clean, so efficient, great location … one minute from busy centre and the view from balcony made our day. Nice touch having complementary tea and coffees and dressing gowns to use, just felt like they cared that we had everything we need x definitely recommend x

Excellent host, we enjoyed the place it was clean, convenient and great staff support! All Instructions provided were clear and accurate. We can pick up the keys at our own convenience. There were alot of shared Umbrellas. We will definitely come back if we pass by Osaka again!

Very good location, right outside a busy shopping street, but not noisy. 7-10 minute walk from the nearest metro station. Clean, had all the necessary facilities, including a washing machine and some laundry detergent.
