He picked us up at the Supermarket and brought us to the Yurt where he helped us unloaded our luggage from his van and showed us how to get into the Yurt. No keys to deal with. Simple Combo lock. Sato-san begins communicating with you a few days before your arrival using Whatsapp. If you don't have it he uses e-mail which can lag behind. So, if you can set that up ahead of time, communications may go better for you.
