It was a great place to stay while in Tokyo for the marathon. As an American, I found it spacious enough for one, two or maybe three people. More could certainly stay there, but it would be crowded. It was nice to have the kitchenette and the washing machine, which both saved me money. While it is on a busy street, it faces the quiet business courtyard of Shinjuku Eastside, which was pleasant and quiet.

Great bathroom. Just under 15mins walk to Monzen Nakacho Station. 7/11 just around the corner.

The staff is friendly and professional. English service. Will return for sure!
