Sleeping Was difficult however, as the Mattresses are incredibly Hard. Germano Cottages is a gem 5 Weeks superb holiday. I'll be back, that's for Sure.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. On arrival Rosemary kindly received me and showed me to my room, around the facilities, and how to access the beach from the compound. Esther, the assistant manager was really the star of the show. She offered me delicious lunch 😋. She helped me out with how to navigate the local transportation to get to the Likono Ferry to Mombasa after check-out, even organized a TukTuk to come pick me up to take me to the local bus. She really went above and beyond The room was as advertised and clean, with Smart TV and internet access. Full kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is also brought to your toom 😊. I will stay here again on my next trip to Mombasa. Highly recommended.

We were so fortunate to be able to spend a few nights at Dario’s pool cottage! Photos do not show how gorgeous this home is. The beds are comfy, there are modern AC units in the bedrooms and the pool and outside sitting areas are private and luxurious. We couldn’t believe our luck in finding this place. It is a quick Tuktuk ride to most amenities and just around the corner from the cave restaurant (also a short walk from the Stilts Treehouses where they feed bush babies at the pub every evening). Dario was a wonderful host and Faith ensured we had everything we needed, including booking excursions and transportation from Mombasa. Stay here!!
