We were in #4. I called it the deer room. Great apartment! Very gorgeous! Very roomy. Well stocked with everything you would need! Very great with communication. Near the train tracks, but that didn’t bother us at all. The apartment is next to a bridge on the left. We were a bit confused at first because it looked like the road ended at the bridge.

We even wondered if anyone else was staying in the building, as we didn’t hear a single footstep from anywhere. The location was excellent: just a three-minute walk from the airport bus stop, and only a short walk to the heart of the Old Town. Check-in was seamless with electronic locks, and there were clear, detailed illustrated instructions for finding the building, entrance, locks, elevator, room key, and the room itself. Everything was perfectly thought out. The host checked in with us occasionally via messages to make sure everything was okay. An absolutely perfect stay in Riga. Thank you!

I had a great experience with this apartment and the hosts. The owners were very pleasant, polite, and accommodating, always willing to help. They kindly reminded us about the registration process and agreed to an early check-in (not a late check-out) when it was possible, which I truly appreciated. The apartment is super new, with a very clean and high-quality renovation. The building itself is beautiful and located right in the city center. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. It’s absolutely perfect for one person. I also booked two separate apartments in the same building for my relatives, and both apartments were very good, with the same high standard.
