Situated in Tulum, 6.1 km from Tulum Archeological Site, Nãmas Tulum provides accommodation with wellness packages and a solarium. As soon as I arrived, I was surprised by an upgrade to a wonderful villa which exceeded my expectations. The furniture and kitchen equipment are all high quality. The staff was so nice and offered their help throughout the stay. I loved the location as I could walk safely to many restaurants and bars. Couldn't wish for a better stay!

Tumben Kuxtal Tulum, a property with a garden, is set in Tulum, 300 metres from Tulum Bus station, 3.5 km from Bus station Tulum Ruins, as well as 5.1 km from Parque Nacional Tulum. A home among the palm trees! The property is in a great location, less than a 5 minute walk to the bus terminal and in a fantastic area for walking around the city. The property is secure and has a feeling of privacy and safety despite being in the thick of Tulum! Ramon, our host, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, contactable by WhatsApp! We extended our stay for an additional night and it was no problem at all to organise with Ramon - super host!! This felt like a home, more so than a hotel. With only three rooms available it’s very cozy (we were lucky enough to have the whole property to ourselves for most of our stay so it felt like our own little home) Huge comfy bed, fantastic shower! The water pressure was fabulous! The room stayed nice and cool in the thick Tulum heat. Grocery store is just around the corner for cooking in the communal kitchen, cafe right next door! Prime location!

LOTE4 - LGBTQ Studios offers accommodation within 200 metres of the centre of Playa del Carmen, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a toaster. I loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the property. It was immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated, creating a homey and comfortable feel. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while still being a peaceful retreat. Jeroen was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations, making the stay even more enjoyable!
