Just one block from 5th Avenue, although not fancy, this place is truly a gem! Initially, I wasn’t sure as it was located next to a pizza restaurant in a busy area. My trip was last minute and on short notice, I had requested early arrival. Once inside the complex, I felt safe; it was quiet and everything was very clean. I was met by Diego, who was wonderful, carrying and storing my luggage, bringing extra water, connecting the internet cables and offering suggestions; he was so very gracious. If I needed anything, all I had to do was ask. The location was fabulous, close to the beach, the ferry and Fifth Avenue, making it a great stay!

Good location when you have a rental car to visit the region, tasteful interior design, quiet during our 10 days stay, great view from the street side on other building rooftops, great design of all shared spaces, clean appartement, well furnished, great rooftop pool, along with the private pool. The manager Ana and the cleaning ladies are helpful and welcoming.

Everything was excellent. It’s a pity we didn’t stay longer. All the spaces of the hotel designed in the smartest possible way that increases usability of every inch of it. The room had everything. The design was great and brand new. The staff is polite and location is great. There is a good pastry shop/cafe on the 1st floor for breakfast, a small kitchen in the room at your disposal with everything basic needed for cooking. A laundry around the corner. A fruit shop opposite to the place. There is a space for street parking. I will recommend this place to all acquaintances coming to PlayaDC.
