Casa Marisa is a beautiful and peaceful place, and the apartments have every detail worked out. The finishing is probably austere for some, but we liked it, and the equipment was sufficient. The location was perfect - close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, but still on the sidelines. The pool and terrace are an additional great convenience. We also thank the staff, who were always helpful but, at the same time, gave guests a privacy. Some complained about noise or roosters – it did not bother us; we will miss this atmosphere. 🙂 We thoroughly recommend it and hope that we will return there again.

Diego the host was super helpful and the hotel was beautiful. In a very safe area close to a busy area with lots of shops and restaurants, as well as being close to 3 or 4 beautiful beaches.

A 5 minute walk from the main strip ensured that the property was quiet. The king size bed was comfortable and the shower water was warm. A secret highlight were the cats around the property! We have stayed in Punta Zicatela many times, and loved the location.
