The villa has been designed exceptionally well. The living area was spacious and comfortable and the bed was huge. Cooling down in the outdoor private pool after a long day in the sun, looking up at the coconut palms and listening to the tropical birds made relaxing very easy. The water and coffee were refilled daily and the kitchen area was perfect for making light meals. The villa is a short walk from the main beaches in the area and not far from the highway where there are also shops and places to eat. The host Alex is super helpful and his staff are doing a great job.

His hospitality and kindness made my stay unforgettable. Very handy. - The room I had (with two double beds) was super spacious. - Location is perfect: in the old city center. Everything can be reach by foot. The house is well secured with a second gate that gets locked. - The rooms are cleaned every day to perfection. Towels etc are provided.

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Sixta. It's only a short walk from the best beaches in Puerto Escondido, there are some great restaurants nearby (don't miss the El Viejo smoked fish tacos), and the owner is very friendly and helpful. The bed must've been the most comfortable bed in all of Mexico.
