Fully equipped kitchen, AC, private shower and all amenities needed available. Carlos went all the way to make our stay comfortable. He provided us with beach-towels, fresh bedding after a couple of days and even an umbrella for the beach. Since we were travelling for a long time we didn't have those items with us and he was super responsive and quick to help us. The beach is a 6 minute walk away where you can also find little shops, nice coffee-shops and restaurants to eat. You will be a 25 minute walk away from La Punta (which we appreciated since it's nicer by Zicatela beach) and about 35 minutes from the centro where you will find big grocery-stores and the bus terminal. The best part is the shared rooftop-terrace which was mostly to ourselves and is giving you the most beautiful view on the Puerto Escondido-sunset (or new years fireworks in our case...). Would recommend and stay again at any given time!
