Exceptional location, remote with an immediate access to the beach in front of the place. The place itself consists of a bedroom with a separate bathroom. To be noted the shower is excellent (pressure and temperature). It's all clean, comfortable and the only sound to be heard is the one from the sea. There is a hammock and a bathtub outside (but difficult to fill it with hot water, it quickly runs out of hot water). There is a kitchen area outside, good for small cooking which is good since there is not much catering around. This was the best place we stayed during our 2 weeks trip in Mexico. Amazing experience for a couple.

the place was extremely clean. It was nice to have the extra space to sit on the patio and a kitchen that you could use, including all the cooking supplies and fridge. the room was as expected for the price. Air conditioned. no hot water which was not a problem. Mario was always around to answer questions and helped us when it was time to leave by driving us to the bus station. I would stay there again.

Such a great place! Located a few steps from the beach, close to the shuttle/bus stop and right at the main area of Zipolite. The room is very confortable and spacious. The best part was also the staff! They are very friendly and helpful - and the morning breakfast is different every day and always delicious!
