I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Puerto Vallarta. The accommodations were so beautiful, the service was top, and the location was perfect, walking just some minutes away from downtown The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back. It's true that the hotel is on a hill, so there's a short uphill walk from Downtown, but it’s manageable and you can also take a car or taxi. This might be a bit tricky for elderly guests, but the views and peaceful setting are worth it!

perfect location with everything you need in the apartment (even a washer/dryer) incredibly clean, and the staff were fabulous. the rooftop pool and sunset hour were stunning- and the pool /bar staff incredibly accommodating. would definitely stay here again

gorgeous property with beautiful garden. rooms were spacious with full kitchen, fridge, fresh drinking water, stove and ample crockery and cutlery. even had a bag of ice in the freezer. the shower was hot and the overall space was perfect, so good in fact we booked to go back after we had 3 days in Yelapa.

The host(s) were extremely helpful. Guillermo (Memo) helped me to organize a rental car that was delivered to the property instead of me wasting a half-day picking it up at the airport. Overall, we felt completely at home, safe and comfortable. I give my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a wonderful and worry-free stay in The Zona Romantica.

Perfect location and beautiful grounds. The staff were friendly, the pools and beach were gorgeous and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. We loved it!

The location is beautiful! It’s located in a very calm and natural environment: you will even see some crocodiles on the other side of the river and a cute little turtle in the garden. The room is spacious and it’s very quite but still close to some nice restaurants. But what stood out for us the most was the kind staff. They even helped us to ship my forgotten shoes to our next location in Mexico. Very friendly of them! We can only recommend staying here!
