We were a family of three (mum,dad and baby) so we were pleased with the location and we could walk everywhere. The view from our balcony overlooking the beach was beautiful. The staff were all excellent and the breakfasts were fantastic - especially the waffles and omelette.

The aparthotel provides an outdoor swimming pool, public bath and a lift. Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. We really enjoyed our time at Itare Beach House. Itzel and all the staff were very friendly and made sure we had a great stay. Our room was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable. We really liked having a kitchenette and cooked many meals in our room. The front desk had a hairdryer that I could use for the duration of our stay. I was very happy about that. They also have irons, microwaves, and bottled water. We checked out beach towels and an umbrella to use at the beach. The pool area is clean and relaxing, We took the elevator to the 6th floor rooftop and watched beautiful sunsets. The beach is a short easy walk away. The downtown plaza is also an easy walk, either through the streets, or down the beach.

My family and I loved the location of the hotel. The hotel has a breakfast spot right down stairs with delicious food! The hotel is walking distance from restaurants, to the beach and the malécon. The hotel room was beautiful. Maritza was kind and very welcoming during our stay. The beach is only a 5 minute walk but if you feel like staying at the hotel rather than go to the beach, the pool is nice and clean!

Absolutely wonderful studio location is great! You are close to all the bars, beaches, stores, etc. Anything you can ever need is maximum 10m walk from the place. Overall, we felt completely at home, safe and comfortable. I give my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a wonderful and worry-free stay in The Zona Romantica.
