Situated in central Storvågan, Nyvågar offers free Wi-Fi, free parking and 2-floor apartments in traditional Norwegian fishermen’s cottages. All include a balcony or terrace. Personnel was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and nutritious. Location by the sea marvellous. Sauna with a view was a real bonus.

We were also incredibly lucky to catch the northern lights during our stay, which made the experience even more magical. A truly unforgettable place, and one we’ll always remember fondly. The place is big, you get the whole apartment. The host was amazing. The facilities were perfect, with a place to dry your clothes. There is also a supermarket near by.

The hosts are soooo kind and definitely go above and beyond for you. Would highly recommend this to anyone coming to Lofoten!
