Location is convenient being close to the airport and the Salalah Gardens mall and not too far from the city centre. The rooms are full apartments with bathroom, living room and kitchen which included a washing machine. Although some of the kitchenware may have seen better days, it is perfectly adequate and for the price (note: I was there in the low season) offers fantastic value. AC and shower worked well. Breakfast is included and is served in the apartments at a time of your choosing. The apartment was quiet. The manager, Anwar, was extremely accommodating, polite, professional and very helpful. I would definitely return the next time I visited Salalah.

All units will provide guests with a microwave. it was nice apartment in Salalah, was opened 3 month back and form check in until reach the apartment everything quick and fast the reception were cooperative, location very good which middle of souqe which a lot of local shops, restaurant even hospital and parking for car available, for sure next visit i will stay in same place.

After a tiring day, a stroll on the beach elevates your mood! Wake up to the view from balcony, sometimes you can spot a big cruise or a cargo vessel pass by! The venue is spotless clean, smells good with frankincense! A little detour from city center but i prefer a serene and calm location than bustling crowd and cement structures all around! I went there with parents, who enjoyed the pleasant stay this place offered! The Host is an amazing person! An Omani National - he ensured we had everything during our stay! Very humble and good at heart person! He blew our mind with amazing hospitality! Super glad i met a wonderful person during my stay! Suggestion - kindly prepare an alternative dental/ shaving kit, towels/ other small toiletries…! He is one person trying to arrange everything, sometimes things may get delayed! But he will arrange for sure!
