We are a family of three and our stay couldn’t have been more comfortable. Sam had the sofa bed made up for us, which was much appreciated. The apartment has everything you need for a long-term stay. Sam is incredibly forthcoming with information and very easy to contact throughout your stay. The swimming pool was fantastic, and we also spent time enjoying the beach at The Dunes. We just wish we had more time in our itinerary to stay an extra night.

Situated in Sarūq, 500 metres from Qurum Beach and 2.3 km from Royal Opera House Muscat, By The Beach - Prime location offers air conditioning. During our 10- day trip to Oman, we stayed in different parts of the city. We spent the first 3 days at this property and it was the best one of our trip! So clean, so modern and excellent facilities. Very spacious for 2 people. The location is also excellent. Qurm beach was our favourite place in Muscat - beautiful restaurants, cafes and the beach and this apparent is right on its doorstep. I arrived late in the evening due to flight delays but Abdullah our host was excellent and so patient. He waited until my arrival to meet me, give me a quick tour of the apartment and exchange the keys. He was so helpful and generous and even organised trips for us in and around Muscat - this was so kind and we really appreciate it!

Located in Muscat, bloom Room is a recently renovated accommodation, 1.1 km from Oman Avenues Mall and 4.5 km from Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. The host was kind and handed me guidance and directions in Muscat and the check in was smooth and location is in the heart of Muscat surrounded by shops and restaurants. The room was nicely decorated and spotless clean. I had a great stay.
