The owner/manager, he is super nice to welcome every traveler. I can not speak Spanish, for me it is a bit difficult to communicate with locals, and he, and is his staff is really friendly to help me with assistance. One night I was sitting outside using my laptop under cold temperatures, the owner asked me I could go indoor cuz it was cold. I told him that it should be fine, then in the next 5 minutes his staff delivered a blanket to me! (How touching it was!)

We found this hotel through a recommendation of a friend and were more than happy with our stay. Alex greeted us in person and was always at hand for advice and assistance. He even prepared us a take away breakfast at 4:00 am on the day we left for the Inca Trail hike. When we returned after three nights it felt like coming home. We can highly recommend the Katari Apart Hotel. Location was also excellent, an easy walk away from everything.
