Bath robe and slippers were included, which made packing for us less of a hassle, and made sure everyone in the spa follows conventions. We were allowed to park there a bit longer since we went into the mountains for two nights in between our stay at the hotel, which was very kind. The reception was proactive about making sure we had all the information to get into our rooms after reception closed.

What really impressed us was the level of care from the staff - after a heavy snowfall, they not only cleared the parking area but even removed the snow from our car. This kind of attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to come back again.
