We liked lounge chairs, patio and the spacious rooms. Also great location. We didn’t take advantage of all the amenities but it was nice they were offered.

Located in Angra do Heroísmo and with Zona Balnear da Prainha Beach reachable within 600 metres, Partenope Hostel and Suites provides concierge services, allergy-free rooms, free bikes, free WiFi... I spent 4 nights. The Partenope is well located. Angra is small town and everything is reachable by foot. Also Mounte Brasil hike. Car can be parked for free on the same or close-by street. It is great place to explore whole island and come back in the evening for quality restaurants. The place itself is recently renovated and well kept, clean and comfortable. The host has been wonderfully helpful and I liked the breakfasts included in the price. This enabled me convenient early starts for hikes round the island. All in all great value!

Situated in Ponta Delgada, Brum Design Apartments I is a recently renovated accommodation, 12 km from Pico do Carvao and 24 km from Sete Cidades Lagoon. Very clean, new, every detail was cared for. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream, hairdryer and even card game for kids. Large shower. Great location, central yet on a safe quiet road. Close to farmacy, supermarket, restaurants and shops. Lovely decoration and beautiful balcony view.

Situated in Santo António, 8.4 km from Pico do Carvao, João de Oliveira casas de campo provides accommodation with an infinity pool, free private parking, an open-air bath and a garden. We had a wonderful stay at this house. Everything was exactly as described and even better in person. The place was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, and we really appreciated the view and the warm hospitality. Breakfast was very good. Communication with the host was easy and quick. We were completely satisfied and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Boasting a year-round outdoor pool and a hot tub, Quinta da Casa Grande is set in Ponta Delgada, 16 km from Pico do Carvao and 27 km from Sete Cidades Lagoon. The apartment we stayed in was perfect for a larger group. It was large, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Loved the extras they gave us in the refrigerator. The breakfast was cook to order, everything nicely done. The building architecture was fascinating. If you can stay here, definitely do it.

Very new and modern, clean with gym, sauna, jacuzzi, outside pools, workout room, special showers plus an excellent breakfast. Claudio and the reception crew were super friendly and helpful. The staff will clean your room and assist with the clothes washer. Full kitchen and dishwasher. Many of the 14 rooms have gorgeous decks. Ours had two decks ! Elevator, air conditioning and free garage 👍
