Easy and quick communication with the host. Easy check in. Location is great - lots of restaurants and bars nearby (which is better to reserve in advance). There is an elevator in the house. Hosts provided us with helpful information on where to park our car for free in advance. The cleaning lady came once to clean the apartment and refresh the towels in our 5 days stay, which was great. Small present on arrival.

Partenope Hostel and Suites ligger i Angra do Heroísmo, med Zona Balnear da Prainha-stranden bare 7 minutters gange unna. Loved this hostel! Iris, the owner, is so kind and present. Check in was super easy and I was able to check out late before my flight. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are really nice. My room had full bed bunk beds -- it was so nice to have a little bigger space to sleep after twin bed throughout the rest of my trip. The hostel is in a great location too and is super clean!

Modern very clean apartment, with lots of light. Bedrooms have a very good size, beds are very confortable with spotless bedding, bathrooms are very clean, modern, spacious, with very good showers and clean towels. They provide shampoo, hair conditioner, bath gel and hand and body lotion. Kitchen includes a dishwasher and has everything you need to cook meals. It has a washer and dryer, a nice dining room and living room with patio and outdoor furniture to enjoy it. The location is excellent, on a very quiet street, very close to restaurants, with a supermarket 1 block away and close to touristic points. Even though I read comments that check in was difficult, for us was very easy, they send a code and it worked perfectly well. Staff (Miguel, Ana and Stacy) were always kind, helpful and responsive. Sonia, the cleaning lady was very kind and cheerful. Be aware that no staff physically works there, all communication is made through Booking or phone or Whatsap.

A simply superb stay This is fammily owned and run, very stylish and very comfortable in every way. The breakfast was adequate. The owner was so extremely pleasant - she made the stay very memorable. This was a truly wonderful place to experience!

I Ponta Delgada, 16 kilometer fra Pico do Carvão og 26 kilometer fra Sete Cidades-lagunen, ligger Alto do Forte. The apartment was very spacious and super clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We've also enjoyed jakuzzi, sauna, and pool in the late evening.
