Gina was very thoughtful - there were fresh fruit & flowers with a small bottle of red & macaroons to welcome me! My flight departs later in the afternoon & she let's me stay past my check out time & booked me a taxi to the airport. Attentive all the way.

Hope to return next year for more than just one week.

This is a lovely Studio apartment over looking the harbour, the reception lady was very helpful with our check in and presented the room spotless and had a lovely comfortable double bed and all all facilities needed for a longer stay, good wifi included, very safe area and easy walk to centre of Horta, nice bakery and supermarket in short walking distance. A very tidy place to stay and would recommend.

The apartment is in a perfect location - at the beachfront and with an unbeatable view of Pico Vulcano. The place was fully equipped and we had all that we needed. We appreciated all the welcoming gifts, including a special gift made just for our daughter. Carlos took us to a hidden beach, which was a special little adventure on its own.
