The property is very clean, tidy, modern, well organised and has everything that is needed. Using PIN instead of keys is a great plus! The laundry room with possibility to take/change amenities is also very nice touch and really useful especially for longer stays.

Loved the facility, nice staff, very clean and comfortable, breakfast was very pleasant, staff very helpful and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Beds very comfy. Rooftop pool was small but very nice to cool down after a long warm city days. We stayed 4 nights and didn’t want to leave:)

Unassuming from the street but opening the door leads into a grand foyer and steps to the check in area, which also has a seating area and a small wine purchasing area. We were greeted by Antonio, who gave us each a glass of wine from the family quinta, the wine was excellent. We were awed by the apartment when we went in, with very high ceilings and very well laid out space. We had three rooms, a living area, a dining and kitchen area, and a bedroom. Nice amenities in the bathroom. There is a view out the back of a large wall art painting. The location is convenient for walking to the water, to Time Out, to many restaurants, and to public transit. We had a memorable stay.

This was the best accommodation during my 6-day trip to Portugal and 5-day trip to Spain. It is right in front of rossio Square and is in the best location close to restaurants and major tourist attractions. I applied for a city walking tour, and the location was good because half of the tourist attractions were around the accommodation. The apartment was spacious and the facilities were good. When I arrived at around 9 p.m., I was impressed by the welcome food that was prepared just like a restaurant. The refrigerator was stocked with food, and there was a dishwasher, oven, toaster, capsule coffee machine, and even candles, colorful cotton pads, and a washing machine with a dryer in the bathroom. It was also convenient that there was water and snacks for guests in the first floor entrance, and that both the first floor entrance door and each room key could be opened with a code. It was a perfectly prepared accommodation.

I can only recommend this place, absolutely the best place I've been in Lisbon while working. Good facilities (laundry, gym, large co-working space), spacious and comfortable room. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
