I was nervous about the small size of the room before we arrived, but one we saw how it was designed and organized, we found it to be perfect for our needs. Property was clean, staff was friendly and welcoming, breakfast was good and at a breathtaking location.

Location is the best in town to watch the NYE fireworks. They allow hotel guests a privileged part of the rooftop to enjoy the 360 view. The rooftop bar serves amazing drinks and food. The Friday night kabab menu was the best meal we had in Funchal. Croissants are delivered daily to your room. All this is wonderful, but the customer service is what sets Three House Hotel apart. Everyone went above and beyond, and a special shout out to Sid! Thank you all for a great Madeira experience

Everything was great: very clean apartment that had everything we needed (cooking utensils, coffee machine with coffee capsules, salt, pepper and oil; shampoo, conditioner and shower gel), good location with parking but also a bus stop nearby, a terrace with a great view, friendly and helpful host.

Excellent location within walking distance of everywhere and in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host via Whatsapp was excellent. The apartment was just as described in the listing and very comfortable.

Terletak 7-minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Pedradeira, Caniçal houses - Madeira menawarkan kemudahan barbeku, dan penginapan dengan balkoni dan WiFi percuma. We stayed for 2 nights in polar house (orange room). Check in and out was easy, communicated to the host and she replied very quickly with picture instructions. Everything was very clean and comfortable for 2 people. We had a nice view over the harbour. Free parking right across the road. Short walk down to the beach, a few dinner places and cafes plus small super market all within 3-4 min walk. A nice location for access to both north and south attractions on the island!

It was so beautiful, awesome and modern interior, everything was clean. The host was super friendly and fulfilled every wish I had. It was such a perfect location: 5min to the city center, 3min to the next supermarket and ocean view from within the apartment with a large window front.
