I did not cook so l cannot speak to that but the kettle and microwave did work and l felt the kitchen was equipped enough for simple things. Honestly better than expected and great value for the money. It was perfect!

Absolutely stunning apartment in the heart of the birthplace of Portugal! My wife and kids enjoyed a lovely week holiday on this property where we were met by the host that right away made us feel extremely welcomed and at peace in all senses! They were very helpful with ideas and recommendations of places to visit and enjoy some amazing local gastronomy, all the amenities were 100% well kept, safe for children of all ages. The kitchen had all the appliances needed, the laundry room was always well stocked and full of bedsheets, blankets, extra pillows and detergents. We cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely come back on future holidays! Guimarães has won a special place on our hearts.
