The studios are in a beautifully refurbished historic building spread over three floors, with a modern, well-designed studio on each level. The location is right in the heart of Seia, so you really get to enjoy the charming old village atmosphere. Check-in was smooth and fully self-service, with clear instructions from the host. The host was also very friendly and responsive whenever I had a question. The studio itself is modern, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The photos are accurate and match exactly what you’ll find. The A/C and bathroom worked perfectly, and I especially loved the little kitchenette. Just note that the building doesn’t have a lift (there’s no space to add one), so the upper floors are only accessible by stairs. If stairs are difficult for you, I’d recommend requesting the ground-floor studio if available. Overall, it’s an ideal place for a longer stay. I was only there for the weekend and honestly wished I could have stayed for a month!

The house is so convenient and provided with all the houseware we needed. The living room windows are stunning with reformed rocky walls. The decoration is simple and beautiful, the view is really really pleasant, where we can see the sunrise perfectly. The shower is excellent and new. The surroundings are good, full of stores, museums and cafes.

The host left some goods from the garden which we used cooking our meals. The host also gave us some tips on what to visit during our stay in the area and was keeping in tough during our stay.

Many touches of generosity and kindness brightened our experience and will make it memorable for years to come! The apartment, though cozy in size, is perfectly equipped, easily accessible, beautifully decorated, well ventilated as well as air conditioned. Jorge runs a little gourmet shop located right beside the apartment where we were able to purchase amazing local wine and cheese. All in all, this is a very recommendable stay! Don't miss out!

My husband, our dog, and I felt right at home in the cozy, well-equipped studio that had absolutely everything we needed. Carolina, Gabriel's collaborator, was so lovely and helpful, providing us with all the assistance we could ask for. The neighborhood is peaceful, offering a stunning view of the sunset, and it's conveniently located near one of the best restaurants I've been to in Serra da Estrela—"Vicente." It’s also not far from the village center, making it easy to pick up fresh bread, meat, or anything else you might need. A bonus that isn’t mentioned in the description is the electric car recharging point just a few meters from the studio, which was incredibly convenient for us. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated stay in Serra da Estrela!

Set in Guarda, Hostel S. Miguel FitNCare features a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Location, decor, the mix between traditional elements and modern made the space very unique. The bedrooms have beautiful wall art. The best was the staff, Carlos was exceptional!

Offering a garden and pool view, Empreendimento SERRA is located in Cortes do Meio, 19 km from Parque Natural Serra da Estrela and 28 km from Manteigas Hot Springs. We had a wonderful stay at SERRA with our family of 5. The design of the hotel is wonderful and very authentic but manages to combine modern touches. The pool is heated and has views of the mountains making it very relaxing. The property is clean and has great facilities within the apartment. Jessica and the team do a fantastic job of making you feel welcome and providing all the information you need - very hospitable. The highlight for my kids was the pond with turtles and fish - a great touch! This is a great spot to explore Serra da Estrela and I would not hesitate in recommending this to anyone and hope to return one day for another stay! Thank you to the SERRA team!
