The studios are in a beautifully refurbished historic building spread over three floors, with a modern, well-designed studio on each level. The location is right in the heart of Seia, so you really get to enjoy the charming old village atmosphere. Check-in was smooth and fully self-service, with clear instructions from the host. The host was also very friendly and responsive whenever I had a question. The studio itself is modern, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The photos are accurate and match exactly what you’ll find. The A/C and bathroom worked perfectly, and I especially loved the little kitchenette. Just note that the building doesn’t have a lift (there’s no space to add one), so the upper floors are only accessible by stairs. If stairs are difficult for you, I’d recommend requesting the ground-floor studio if available. Overall, it’s an ideal place for a longer stay. I was only there for the weekend and honestly wished I could have stayed for a month!

The apartment, though cozy in size, is perfectly equipped, easily accessible, beautifully decorated, well ventilated as well as air conditioned. Jorge runs a little gourmet shop located right beside the apartment where we were able to purchase amazing local wine and cheese. All in all, this is a very recommendable stay! Don't miss out!

The location was very good, quite close to restaurants and a short wall from the village center. The hos was very responsive and gave clear instructions how to get there. The apartment is very nice and conformable with an excellent view to the mountains.
