Communication with the host was outstanding — prompt, clear, and genuinely courteous. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward, with no inconvenience whatsoever. The location is highly convenient, allowing easy access to key areas of Cluj-Napoca, and the availability of parking was a significant advantage. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations.
