Everything but mostly the staff, Renad, in reception, was very helpful and welcoming. I am a regular guest, and she always stands out. Paying intention for the details and always making sure things are up to the expectations.

The hotel is very nice, very big apartments (two big rooms). Upon check in the staff brought us free fruit baskets, it was very unexpected. Thanks for the hospitality. The bed was clean, AC worked well during all stay. I forgot my golden ring in the hotel, but thehotell staff was very kinf anf helpful. They found it, packed and gave it for the courier to be sent to UAE. Thanks a lot for such a kind attitude.
