I had a beautiful vacation at the Aurora River Camp. We had one of the glass igloos facing the river and spent 4 wonderful nights there. We saw the aurora on all four nights. The igloo comes with a small kitchenette and emergency toilet. There is a really comfortable and cozy common house with a kitchen, toilet and luxurious breakfast. Tony and all the staff are super approachable and helpful. We had the sauna and barbeque at the camp which were amazing experiences. We saw a grand show of the Northern Lights on our last day there and the best part was that we could enjoy it from the warmth of our room. There are lots of fun activities at the camp and around it. I would highly recommend the Husky sledding.

Beautifull short hike from the house along the river to a stone beach on the lake. Close enough to train station to walk.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We stayed for 4 nights. The lodge is very cozy and well equipped. Especially in winter it is the perfect location to come home to after an outdoor adventure. We really enjoyed our stay. Also the hosts are very nice and attentive with any question.
