Brand new Studios Amidst Ancient Ruins Oasis is situated in Stockholm, 2.5 km from Sickla Beach, 1.9 km from Fotografiska - Museum of Photography, and 4.4 km from The Royal Palace. The host provided a lot of assistance and great communication throughout the booking process. The property uses a system of contactless check-in, hence there is a requirement for additional guestit booking verification. The room itself has a 10/10 location, with a view on the old city and the amusement park. It's easy to commute to the city centre using ferry nr 80 and there are several grocery stores nearby. The kitchen contained all necessary kitchen utensils for cooking and cleaning, but the guests are expected to bring their own cooking ingredients (also oil). A few minutes walk from the apartments there is also a nice harbour and the shore, which are great for watching the sunset. The room had good wifi, a stove for cooking, mini fridge, a dish washer and a microwave.

Set in Kolbäck in the Vastmanland region, Bärsta BnB features a patio. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Absolutely amazing location. Beautiful area where the Bärsta BnB house is located. Although it follows a few rural roads, it is very easy to get to (following your gps device, as well as signs on the road) even in dark and snowy conditions. The ingredients for the perfect breakfast were all provided in the fridge in the house. Lovely people and easy communication, and I really hope to come back again to spend more time.

Situated just 6.8 km from Falun Mine, Lakeside log cabin Främby Udde Falun features accommodation in Falun with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as private check-in and check-out. Charming small cabin with a wonderful view of the lake. The cabin is located in a small settlement of approx 20 cabins, but as this cabin is located at the outskirts, you forget that there are other houses in the neighborhood. We got the code to open the door by message prior to arrival, super convenient. The cabin itself is well-designed, very nicely decorated (dalahäst theme) and practical. The room for the children with three bunk beds is really tiny, no storage space at all, but it worked. The master bedroom and the bathroom are surprisingly spacious. The kitchen is functional and even has a small but very efficient dishwasher (dishwasher tabs are not provided). The area is wonderful for all sorts of winter sports. We intended to do iceskating on the lake but unfortunately, the ice wasn't cleared for skating. We opted for cross-country skiing instead and were enchanted by the variety and the lovely countryside. A downhill skiing area is about 5 min away by car.

Featuring inner courtyard views, Bålsta Studio Houses features accommodation with patio, around 3.3 km from Abergs Museum. We booked the accommodation outside of Stockholm, because it was on our way through the inland of Sweden. We did not expect to have such a great stay at Brenda‘s place, even though the pictures looked great and there were good reviews about the place. Arriving at the Studios we were welcomed warmly and instantly felt comfortable with this great couple that runs the place. The studio has a nice veranda, there is a pretty garden in the front. This accommodation had the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in vacation houses. I don’t think you’ll gonna miss anything for cooking, except if you really need an egg cutter. There is a stove, an oven and a microwave, a kettle and a capsule coffee machine. Everything seems really new and was super clean. We had the choice to sleep down in the room or up at the loft. It was really cozy at the loft on the mattresses, although they’re quite hard. We were really sad, that we could not book another night, as we already had other accommodations waiting for us. But we can definitely recommend to stay at least two nights. It is a cute little suburb, you get tips where you can take a walk and it is a really refreshing stay after visiting the busy Stockholm.
