We stayed at that wonderful apartment on the first floor, very specious, cosy, comfortable, equipped with everything you need, every single detail is perfect. There’re even toys for kids, washing machine with detergent and conditioner, Q-tips, cotton pads, many towels, welcome drinks, everything you need for cooking in the kitchen, big variety of wine glasses and so on. The host is very friendly, hospitable and welcoming.

Lovely spot - very much in nature - which was a nice change from the busyness of the rest of our trip. Enjoyed the sauna and had a great night’s sleep. Central Garden House (family friendly!) is situated in Postojna, 11 km from Predjama Castle, 30 km from The Škocjan Caves, and 45 km from Trieste Train Station. The apartment was clean. You must walk down a paved slope to the entrance, but, even with luggage, it’s manageable. The host is helpful and friendly. The location is nice. It’s short walking distance to bakeries and restaurants.

We spent the night here quite spontaneously and he provided us with a lot of helpful information about what we might do in the short time. We did a hike on a mountain close by with a nice view over the area and visited the Krizna caves the next day. It was perfect!
