Although it is in basement level it didn't bother me, since we used it to just have a shower and sleep. Also very nice smell, from the main entrance to inside of apartment. Apartment is luxury finish. Really liked it. Also if you have a car you can park in their private parking area. Also apartment is exactly like photos.
