Very clean and well-kept. The owner was super friendly and made us feel welcome. Excellent value for money. Staff were helpful and always ready to assist. Highly recommended!

My children loved the pool and slide and the pool table inside was a nice addition we were not expecting. There is loads of space. We were a family of 4 and could have easily had another 4 people stay and it would have still been big enough.

It is clean, quiet, peaceful, and the place is so big that it feels almost empty, so you feel like the place and the swimming pool is just for you. It's close to Hua Hin, if you want more city vibes. Cha-am is quite a small village, but it has a Macro to do the big Shoppings, there is 7-eleven in the corner of the condo, and across the beachfront is full of restaurants, shops and coffeeshops. Also there are events every weekend at the centre, concerts, and night food market on wednesdays. We spent the Songkran here it was amazing, such an experience! Cha-am has really good restaurants and a few really good places to eat around. it's literally next to the beach, you can listen to the waves from the balcony on your apartment. The apartments have all the amenities you might need, and all the workers and neighbours are lovely and friendly. We will definitely come back!
