300 metres from Ya Nui Beach, Baan sikhao Yanui is a recently renovated property located in Rawai Beach and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Galahad and Fleur were so welcoming and kind and made us feel really at home. Galahad was very happy to pick us up from the bus stop at Rawai and it was a short trip to the guest house. A fabulous pool to refresh ourselves and the beach just a 3 min walk away. There was a kitchen including a barista coffee machine for us to use and fridge space dedicated to us too. Our room was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with an artistic touch and very spacious. The space felt safe with a door code entry system. We would def choose to stay here again .

Set in Phuket Town and within 700 metres of Thai Hua Museum, BAAN 125 STAY Phuket has a terrace, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. Wow! We stayed in the Spring unit and it was a truly amazing stay. We missed the last ferry to Phi Phi and had to make a last minute booking for one night in Phuket Town from the taxi - the staff accommodated our sudden arrival. The unit (it’s more like an apartment than a hotel room) is exactly as pictured (the decor is amazing) and is really great value for money as it so much cheaper than a hotel in Patong. The unit has a small equipped kitchenette which makes it stand out if you’re staying for a few days. Great location in the middle of a great neighbourhood in Phuket Town. Would highly recommend a stay at 125 Baan.
