Everything was absolutely beautiful from the moment you arrived! Beautiful reception, pool, restaurant and grounds leading to insane rooms with a beautiful view over looking island and koh Pha-ngan. As well as facilities all staff were lovely.

Absolutely stunning accommodation! Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The equipment and details are amazing - a big plus for the Bluetooth speaker in the rooms, so you can play music and relax by the pool at the same time. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and it’s clear that the owners truly care about the place. The location is perfect..just around the corner there’s an incredible French café with the best breakfast we’ve had on the island. We’re so glad our plans worked out and we made it to this villa. From now on, whenever we come to Koh Samui, this will be our choice :) Another big advantage is how quickly the hosts respond - if you need anything or have a question, they take care of it right away.

The Beach Residence is situated in Choeng Mon Beach and has a pool with a view and pool views. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Just WOW. Our villa overlooked the sea, and the beautiful Thongson Bay. Phil, our host, greeted us even though we didn't arrive until late into the evening as our flight had been delayed. Phil was so welcoming and showed us around the property and up to our villa. We even received a very helpful list of places to go and restaurants to visit, from lunch venues, to cheap but very good restaurants, as well as a couple of places to go for a special evening out (more expensive but still very reasonable and top notch food). We hired a car which enabled us to travel around the island and explore the many different villages and areas of Koh Samui. However, if you just wanted to have a restful poolside/beach holiday, you have that on your doorstep too including s few local restaurants which are easy to walk to. Phil organised a taxi for our arrival (highly recommended) with his driver to collect us from the airport. The taxi was there when we arrived (not taken for granted as on arrival in Bali the year before we waited over an hour for someone to turn up so we were very grateful after a long flight!). The driver even dropped us at the local shop on the way to the villa so that we could get some essential water and food for the coming days, which was so thoughtful. Phil is excellent at communicating when needing to throughout the stay, without being intrusive. He even bought us some local bakery pastries a few days into our trip. Its the little human and thoughtful touches that make this place special. A truly magnificently located apartment and a 5 star host. We would thoroughly recommend. **Note for those with mobility issues: The very special location of this villa, being on the side of a hill means that there are quite a few steps if you are staying at one of the villas at the top with the best views. However there is a villa on the lower level with only a few steps which would be more accessible for those that may struggle with steps.
