If you want a complete lack of distraction and a truly peaceful time this is the perfect place. The house is set in its own land with a perfect view of the sea and because of the lack of light pollution is brilliant for stargazing. The house itself is lovely and very comfortable and spacious. Nadil is the perfect host. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location in Sfax was great. You are right in the middle of everything. I had a rental car (reserved parking for the unit right outside the front door), but wouldn't have needed it to get around as everything is walkable. Sfax is a lot more compact than Tunis. The unit itself has everything you'd want. Great kitchen, comfy king bed, great shower.
