Everything was perfect. It’s very close to a lot of restaurants and close to the night market. The host was very, very sweet. It was super clean and we enjoyed having a lot of space. The bed was very confortable. Would recommend and would stay again if we were to go again in Hualien.

This is probably my favourite hostel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s really social in a gentle way. The staff were amazing and I really enjoyed meeting them. Everyone is so friendly, we went out for dinner and it was wonderful. The vibe is super cool from the owners decor and there’s a cute cat too. Other guests staying there were really friendly too. They have 3 bikes available for guests to borrow. Thanks for an awesome experience.

Centrally located in Hualien city, Cozy House Hostel offers youthful and modern accommodation conveniently within a 5-minute drive from Hualien Train Station. The host was lovely and had a very sweet cat. The house was quiet and all the other guests were kind and respectful! We arrived by bike and easily parked our bikes out front. The neighborhood is very cute and lively. We had a yummy Taiwanese dinner, walked to the giant bike store for a quick repair, and used a coin op laundry all within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
