The food was delicious, our villa modern, spacious and spotlessly clean, and the overall service top-notch. One of the highlights was the Swahili night, featuring fantastic local dishes and an unforgettable acrobat performance. We also treated ourselves to a relaxing massage during our stay— just what we needed after our safari adventures. Although not beachfront, the resort is just a short walk through Jambiani village to the sea, or you can take a shuttle to one of their partner beachfront properties, which are equally well-designed and welcoming. That said, we actually preferred the peaceful charm of the Oasis itself. We’d come back in a heartbeat—and in fact, we’re already planning our return in 2026!

The room was well designed with direct access to the beach. The ambience was very elegant and the design is well thought through. We really loved the amenities like beach towels, hats, etc kept for us. This was one of the best place we have stayed this year and great value for money! Highly recommended.

Our recent stay at Tasneem Luxury Suites in Zanzibar was nothing short of spectacular. We had the pleasure of staying in the Family Apartment (4 Adult women) and from the moment we arrived, we were utterly impressed by the attention to detail and the exceptional level of care provided by the hotel staff. The apartment was impeccably cleaned and refreshed daily, with the bed linens transformed into beautiful, creative arrangements each morning. The same level of care extended to the towels, with both bath and beach towels replaced every day, that we greatly appreciated. The „livingroom“ and kitchen were much appreciated to spend the evenings together as a travelling group, also the huge balcony / terrace area where every one of us had the space and opportunity to rest for themselves. The staff at Tasneem Luxury Suites truly made our experience unforgettable. Zena and Happy, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. Their warm greetings and genuine hospitality touched our hearts and made us feel like cherished guests. The breakfast was an absolute delight – Every morning, we were treated to a fresh and flavorful Fruitsalad and freshly selfmade juice. Also we loved the jam, the excellent jam was our favourite, THANK YOU!!!! We would also like to commend the security team at the hotel gate, especially Max and another uniformed gentleman whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch. They were not only professional but also incredibly kind and helpful. Max, in particular, went out of his way to guide us to the village shop, the beach, and the fruit market. His friendliness and willingness to assist added a personal touch to our stay. Although we didn’t use the pool during our visit – we couldn’t help but admire the pool area. Everytime we passed by, leaving or returning to the hotel, we gave it a look. It was meticulously cleaned and maintained, resembling a spa oasis.

Located in Jambiani and only 200 metres from Paje Beach, Baobab Bungalows provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Fantastic staff, facilities, pool, family friendly, value for money, excellent location short walk to the one of the best beaches in Zanzibar. My family had a fantastic 1 week stay..... highly recommend!!

Featuring a balcony with pool views, a private beach area and an infinity pool, RoRi Private Luxury Villas can be found in Bwejuu, close to Bwejuu Beach and 17 km from Jozani Forest. Our stay at RoRi was pure bliss. Riccardo and his team did everything possible to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, from organising private transport to providing amazing breakfasts . The villa is amazing- spacious yet comfortable and homely. Our only regret is that we weren't staying for longer.

Chunga Changa is located in Matemwe and features a private pool and pool views. Great place to stay!! Villa is very nicely decorated, cleaned, beautiful view and the pool is fantastic! Service was si good, Sabrina and the owner of the Villa was so helpful with everything what we needed. Definitely to recommend and to come back!

A home away from home. The owner introduced herself on the day, which gave it a homey feel. The staff know our names and treat us as such. The detail of the fireplace in the bedroom, the small kitchen outside for those who want to prepare their own meals.
