Formosa Valley is a beautiful and well-maintained vacation community. The gated entrance provides an added sense of safety, and the guidebook provided at check-in was extremely helpful. It clearly explained how to access the property, available amenities, and checkout procedures. The home itself was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable for our group of five. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen and common areas were absolutely stunning, and the private pool in the backyard was a nice touch. We also loved having access to the large pool at the Clubhouse. The property was spotless and looked exactly like the online photos. The location is excellent. It is close to Walmart, Publix, and both the Disney and Universal parks. The shower water pressure was incredible! They also provide a small starter kit with essentials such as trash bags, dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap. If you're staying for an extended period, you may want to bring or purchase a few extra items, but our 5-day stay was perfect. Maria was very easy to communicate with through the booking app. When we had an issue with the TVs in the common area, maintenance promptly came out and resolved it. I highly recommend staying at Formosa Valley for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable vacation experience.

Fantastic stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando Flamingo Crossings. I was honestly pleasantly surprised by how amazing this place was. If you’re planning a Disney trip and want something spacious with competitive pricing (better than staying on Disney property), this is absolutely the place to stay.10mins drive from almost all Kingdoms! The room was large and came with a full kitchen, all the utensils you need, and a full-size fridge. A really nice touch was the TV welcome screen having my name on it. The hotel has ample parking, a 24-hour gym, and laundry facilities. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked great. Location is perfect, right next to Flamingo Crossings with tons of restaurants and amenities. Target and Walgreens are even within walking distance. I honestly wouldn’t change a thing. If I’m visiting Orlando again, I’m 100% staying here.

Ranked #1 hotel in Kissimmee on TripAdvisor, this family-friendly hotel offers spacious suite-style accommodations adjacent to the Old Town Entertainment Complex and 3.4 km from Walt Disney World,... The room was big and clean, a little bit old but not something that impact our staying. If you need to room (like us) for mostly sleeping at night its good deal. For the price we paid it was even great. The service was very good and responsively.

Everything was just perfect. The attention to detail, the huge TV with Netflix, fast internet, fully equipped kitchen, themed room for the kids. No better place to stay in Orlando.

The property was excellent we would definitely stay there again . Beds rooms were amazing. Very clean throughout. Excellent washing machine and tumble dryer . Kitchen was amazing everything we needed to cook with . We even had lunch boxes so we could take our own food to the parks and beaches . Towels were clean and fresh . Even had pool towels to take to the water parks . Games room was amazing as well . We’re looking at booking again for later this year .
