The staff at the front desk is very professional, from their dress to the way the speak to customers. I felt safe and like I was in a clean, well-cared for hotel. The room was spacious and spotless, and The ac worked wonderfully! The location is near shopping and restaurants in a safe part of town. If you are a female traveling alone, this is an excellent choice! I started out at another hotel in Cumming, but it smelled like chemicals in my room and random grubby-looking men were running around the lobby and in the parking lot…shouting. Then I moved to this hotel and was so happy I did! Do yourself a favor and start your journey with Home2Suites
