We enjoyed pleasant leisurely walks both of historical and architectural interest particularly on Benefit Street, stunning restored colonial homes, churches, and museums. "Self-guided" walking tour information is available from the Providence Preservation Society. A diverse dining experience within 20 -25 minutes walking distance from the property, offering excellent hospitality: high quality cuisine and good value for money. The purpose for my visit obtaining a copy of my late sister's French Thesis from Brown University; Elaine graduated with an MA in French studies in 1974. Not to mention the parking!!! And it turns out the owner is a veteran, I noticed the sign right away. Love being able to support an entrepreneurial veteran who clearly continues to support his community and ensures that is thrives!

My dog loved the yard too. I could go on about the amenities. Bryan, the host was great too. Very responsive. I highly recommend a stay in rhis beautiful spt/condo. Also not far from the beach, cliff walk & the mansions. Wineries are not far either. If you love seafood & don't mind cooking, anthonys fishmarket is up the road & reasonably priced.
