Connected to Casino Niagara and Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, this hotel features views of the Niagara Falls. It offers on-site dining, shopping, and spa treatments. The location is wonderful . Both the American side and the Canadian side falls are in walking distance. The main market and the entertainment area is within few steps of the hotel which was the best part. The view from the room is breathtaking as both the falls can be seen from the room's balcony.

Located in the centre of downtown Toronto, this 4-star Sheraton is located across the street from Nathan Phillips Square, a 5-minute walk from CF Toronto Eaton Centre. The Suite Lounge ist wonderful with a fantastic view.

Everything, especially the friendliness and professionalism of the reception, restaurant and room service staff. Check in was seamless, with clear information and I was kindly allocated a room with a great view of the airport, which I appreciated. I also thought the room was fantastic - mini fridge and Keurig coffee, extremely large, clean and comfortable throughout, excellent bed, perfect bathroom with good quality soaps/shampoo etc. The hotel itself on my floor (6) was also clean - no dishes left on floors etc, and the security was good too. The location was perfect too - i was at Terminal 3 for my flight in no more than 2-3 minutes as the hotel is connected to the main terminal. One important thing to note which impressed me more than anywhere I've stayed before is that I paid extra for a late checkout (until 6pm on my departure day) as my flight was at 9.15pm at night and regular checkout is at midday. I wanted a good night's sleep and thought I might be disturbed in the morning by housekeeping. I wasn't. I had a fabulous sleep in, and as I'd had a late checkout, clearly housekeeping had been informed of that, and I was left undisturbed and peaceful until I checked out at 6pm. That's a good sign of communication between departments, great service, and I appreciated it greatly. I'll absolutely stay here again when I'm back in Toronto. Good service and professional staff matter, this hotel ticked all the boxes.
