Clean and air-conditioned room (the room was waiting for me with a working air conditioner) on the hot day I arrived. Right next to the airport, very suitable for connecting flights.

Location is amazing, love the view on the falls from our room and from Massimo’s restaurant plus from the breakfats room ! Great service from all teams, we loved our stay there !

Located in the centre of downtown Toronto, this 4-star Sheraton is located across the street from Nathan Phillips Square, a 5-minute walk from CF Toronto Eaton Centre. Parking was very simple and convenient. The concierge at check in was welcoming and personable. The rooms were very spacious and clean with an incredible view! They were able to honor our request of an adjoining room, which our kids loved. Very family friendly. The pool looked amazing and we can’t wait to come back and try it out!

This hotel is less than 5 minutes' drive from Toronto Pearson International Airport and a free shuttle service is available to all guests. Rooms have good soundproofing (I stayed on the 7th floor), so even when the planes fly directly over the hotel, they won`t disturb your sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. You have to swipe the room card on the elevator to choose a floor, and it only goes to that floor - helps with security. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower soap are all fixed to the wall, which is convenient, and none of it lingers in your hair or on your skin. It washes off easily and quickly. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The room was immaculate.
