This completely renovated hotel is directly connected to Frankfurt Airport´s Terminal 1. It offers soundproofed rooms, fitness facilities, 3 à la carte restaurants, and a cocktail bar. The staff was exceptional. The welcome and the fact that everyone says hello to you in a friendly way makes you already feel at home. I walked through the restaurant to go to the reception and everyone was saying hello and asking how I am. It may sound nothing but that day it was everything for me. Smooth and very friendly check in, calm room as I asked and a very nice room, comfy and perfect. Everything was great really. Cherry on the cake, the hotel is located in the airport so it's few minutes away from the arrivals and departures. I highly recommend.

Very polite staff at the reception. Very clean and comfortable rooms! Very flexible staff. Our three bed room was upgraded free of charge to two double bed rooms because there was no availability for a third bed.

Connected to the Büsing Palais, this hotel in Offenbach offers soundproofed and air-conditioned rooms, a Euro-American restaurant . Frankfurt city centre is a 10-minute train ride away. The room was impeccably clean, just like in the photos. The staff were very kind, from the housekeeping team and the wonderful bartender to the friendly reception staff. We were cold, and they immediately brought a heater to our room. Breakfast was decent. It would be nice if the room included slippers, cotton swabs, and a shoehorn from the start. Everything worth seeing in Offenbach is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, with excellent connections to Frankfurt and the airport.
