Located only a 10-minute walk from the iconic Kuta Beach, Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta offers accommodation in the heart of Kuta. Facilities and staff were exceptionally good. All staff were very friendly and the service provided by them were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast at Daily Social was excellent with plenty of choices and the staff (especially Fredy) were exceptional. The hospitality of every staff member was simply wonderful. You‘ll be well taken care of here.

Situated only minutes away from the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park on the Jimbaran Hill, Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Ungasan hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool and a spa and wellness centre. I liked everything about the hotel. Excellent service by Lesteria at the reception.

Experience the best of Seminyak at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak. I love how welcoming Gita was the night I checked in. I had a terrible experience in a villa nearby and had to run away to a safer accommodation. Gita was patient and so helpful to process my booking and check the room. There was another colleague, o forgot her name, but she brought me a drink, that was so nice also! The room was clean and smelled good. Facilities were working as intended. The rainshower head had amazing pressure, the tub was clean. Housekeeping staff was respectful and so efficient Room service, Demas, was also very nice and helped me place an order when mine was mixed up. The pool area was great too, plenty of lounging space. Pool was cleaned early morning. Every hotel staff was helpful and so polite.
